Sir, during confirmation of directions, the Competent Authority has also decided to propose amount of EC to be imposed on the industry in view of violations period and value of assets of the industry.
Accordingly, vide no. 1256 dated 29.02.2024 , RO was requested to propose amount of EC to be imposed on the industry in view of violations period and value of assets of the industry. But, RO has not submitted any report in this regard.
Before decided consent application and restoration case, the industry should deposit EC in view of this office letter no. 1256 dated 29.02.2024.
If approved, RO may be requested to send further recommendations in view of letter no.1256 dated 29.02.2024, please. |
