Sir, as informed by the industry it will produce Fuel Briquette @ 12 TPD by using Paddy Straw @ 9.6 TPD and Press Mud Cow Dung & Agri Waste @ 2.4 TPD and no by-product will be generated during process. Further, there is no change in production capacity.
Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended as follows
1. Varied consent to operate applied by the industry under green category for production of Fuel Briquette @ 12 TPD by using Paddy Straw @ 9.6 TPD and Press Mud Cow Dung & Agri Waste @ 2.4 TPD, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.12.2028 with suitable conditions and specific conditions as under:
a) The industry will store and process/mix the raw material within enclosed structure and will not store/mix the raw material in the open atmosphere.
b) The industry will not create any nuisance to the surrounding area with its operation/ storage of raw material.
2. The show cause notice for violating the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 earlier issued may be dropped.
