The case was examined and following observations have been made:
1. The industry has not submitted DEMAT certificate of 100 KLD shares.
2. Regional Office has not submitted the calculations regarding details of dyeing machinery / other water consuming machinery along with specifications including production capacities specifying liquor ratio, number of lots, water consumption per lot.
3. Regional Office has not commented upon the MC sewer connection of the industry.
4. Regional Office has not mentioned whether the industry is maintaining the record of emf or not and no average record of discharge during the last three months as per SCADA.
In view of above, if approved, (i) Show cause notice be issued to the industry as per point no. 1, above. (ii) Regional Office be requested to submit comments on point no. 2 to 4, as above, please.
