It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the facility vide Board's letter no. 926-27 dated 16/5/2024 alongwith another opportunity of personal hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 27/5/2024 (copy attached). It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent/ facility through special messenger/ e-mail/ WhatsApp and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent/ facility w.r.t notice and send fresh recommendations accordingly, well before the date of hearing so as to enable this office to decide the application. |
