In reply to query of ZO, RO reported that the details of dyeing machines in first phase of operation are as under: - 50kgs-1 machine 100 kgs-1 machine 200 kgs-1 machine 300 kgs-4 machines 500 kgs - 2 machines and has attached details in its note dated 15.05.2024. The tentative (theoretical) discharge is 300 KLD and will be treated in physiochemical followed by biological ETP and treated effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation (as mentioned in agenda). Further the fuel to be used in boiler will be Agro waste/ rice husk. Further the industry has submitted the compliance of NOC conditions and same has been verified and found in order.
Further, RO reported that the industry informed that they are in the process of obtaining Authorization and within a week the application will be submitted. Further, the Categories of HW to be generated are 5.1, 5.2, 33.1 and ETP Sludge.
Submited for approval as already recommended vide note dated 13.05.2024, please.
