During the personal hearing given to the industry, it was decided as under:
"The industry shall deposit Environmental Compensation amounting to Rs. 10.0 lakh in five monthly installments of two lakh each. The industry shall deposit its first installment of Rs. 2.0 lakh within 3 days to the office of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Rupnagar alongwith postdated cheques for remaining four installments to be deposited"
it is requested to intimate the compliance of the above mentioned decision so as the authority may be apprised accordingly.
