Earlier the application of the Brick Kiln was returned due to observations that the BKO has submitted completion certificate in which date of completion is not readable, the BKO has not submitted Land document only lease deed has submitted. The BKO has not submitted partnership deed duly verified form any authority. Compliance report has not submitted by the BKO of previous consent granted.
The BKO has again applied without clarifying above all observation.
Application is hereby retuned as incomplete;
It is requested to approve for scrutiny.
