The industry was issued SCN with hearing on 27-03-24 before Chairman .I could not find approval of SCN for refusal of CTO in the present Note History. Where it was got approved from CA.
2 When SCN for refusal of CTO has already been issued then will such cases are under ambit of deemed approval as specifically mentioned by AEE and EE RO.
3 Whether it has complied with decision of Hearing before Chairman. I think not as result are still shown as awaited
4 No comments offered by any line officer on TCLP report submitted by industry to prove no Haz element is present.
