Discussed.
The trade effluent and domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation after treatment in ETP-cum-STP by the industry. The industry is achieving prescribed effluent standards as per the monitoring carried by RO, SAS Nagar.
In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2029 subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by R.O, please. (Competency – CEE) Date of Deemed Approval: 26.06.2024
