The industry was granted consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 vide no. O16FDKCTOW3590630 and O16FDKCTOA3590594 dt. 02.02.20216 for chilling of milk @ 24 KLD, subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein, valid upto 30.09.2024.
The industry has applied for varied of consents to operate under the Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 and has submitted C.A certificate showing gross fixed assets of the industry as Rs. 65.18 lac as on 31.03.2024, compliance report of previous consents condition.
The industry has deposited Rs. 37,995/- vide R.No. SBIN423021454481 dated 21.01.2023 and 266991521 dated 17.05.2024 under the Water Act,1974 & Rs. 37,995/- vide R.No. SBIN423021515312 dated 21.01.2023 and 308127481 dated 17.05.2024 Air Act,1981 to make it adequate for a period upto 30.09.2028 under Green category.
The industry was visited by the undersigned on 13.05.2024 and it was observed that:
The industry was not in operation as per its requirement.
The industry has constructed 02 no. Oil & grease traps followed by septic tank as treatment facility for treatment of its waste water generated from washing of containers and floor washing.
The industry has developed plantation in an area of about 2 Kanals adjoining to its premises for discharge of its treated waste water and condition of the plantation was good.
The industry has constructed septic tank for treatment of its domestic effluent with provision to discharge the treated effluent onto land for plantation.
The industry has complied with the provisions of the Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981.
Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that varied consents to operate under the Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2028 subject to the suitable conditions please |
