It is intimated that the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. O16HSPCTE4029753 dated 13.06.2016 valid upto 12.06.2017 and same was extended upto 17.04.2024 with special condition that 1) The industry will install 2 No. Hot Press, 02 No. Peeler, 03 No. Bandsaw, 01 No. DD Saw, 02 No. Sanding Machine, 01 No. Dryer only.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted CA Certificate, earlier granted NOC compliance, Completion certificate of APCD, building plan, Completion Certificate of STP, Forest licensce dated 11.04.2023 valid upto 10.04.2028, manufacturing process, NOC from DTP vide n o. 53 DTP(H)-CLU-1 dated 06.01.2016, Request letter.
The industry has deposited Rs. 54500/- vide UTR No. 655673642 dated 16.04.2024, Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. 463352004 dated 16.04.2024. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2029.
Accordingly, the site was visited by officers of this office on 17.04.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation on trial basis. The industry has installed STP for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from its premises. The treated effluent will discharged onto land for plantation after STP and adequate plantation has been developed. The industry has installed wood based thermic fluid heater of capacity 3000000 kcal/Hr with APCD as Cyclone separator following by wet scrubber along with adequate stack height. The industry has installed glue kettle. The industry has installed 01 no. DG Set of capacity 500 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The industry has installed 2 No. Hot Press, 01 No. Peeler, 03 No. Bandsaw, 02 No. Sanding Machine, 01 No. Dryer only.
In view of above, if approved, it is recommended tha t the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that
1) The industry shall submit the effluent / stack emission sample from the Board's Lab within 02 months.
2) The industry shall obtain varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for addition/ installation of remaining machinery as per Forest License granted to the industry.
