1. On site/off site emergency plans have been approved by the District Administration.
2. Sludge's to be removed from the storage tanks are covered in the authorization.
3. Whether, the local authorities/ DTP has given a permissibility certificate that such MAH unit is permissible in the area where it is located
OR
In case, the case is recommended on the bases of old unit established before the Master Plan, can we grant consent up to 31.03.2026 as recommended by your Office (considering 15 years permissibility from the date of issuance of Master Plan)
Advice AEE concerned not to send half-hearted reports to this Office, please. |
