Discussed.
As per the report of RO, the industry has already made agreement with common treatment facility at Kurali, M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd., Kurali vide dated 27.06.2022 for lifting trade effluent @ 2000 ltr for lifting of wastewater.
In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974, may be granted upto 30.06.2027 with usual conditions & with special conditions as proposed by R.O, please.
