Now the industry has submitted the CA certificate of Rs. 14.64 crore with cost of plant & machinery as Rs. 12.53 crore and value of land has not been mentioned in the said CA certificate. The value of the land (31 kanal 03 marlas) is Rs. 44.20 lac as per the registry of the land area and the same is not included in the CA certificate………….. ……………
As per the policy of the Board, the delegation of powers to decide the application of large scale red category unit having total project cost more than Rs. 15.0 crore, lies with the Chairman of the Board………………..
Considering the above, as the total project cost will be more than Rs. 15.0 crore, as such the Competency to decide the case lies with the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board………….
