It is intimated that the industry is small scale orange category unit. The industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 along with requisite documents. The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has first bill as a proof of date of commissioning. The industry falls in Industrial zone as per khasra number mentioned in the gazzete notification.
The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 17.05.2024 and it was observed as under :-
1. The industry was in operation and engaged in manufacturing of cycle frame on job basis.
2. The industry has installed 1 no. electric baking oven and 1 no. paint booth with water curtain as APCD in its premises.
3. There is no generation of trade effluent, only domestic effluent is discharged into sewer.
4. The industry has submitted building plan from architect approved by Director of Factory, Pb.
5. The industry has applied for fresh consent after depositing NOC regularization fee and the compliance to the conditions of the NOC is attached along with in annotated form. The compliance was verified during the visit and was found to be correct.
6. The industry is complying with the provisions under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028 with usual conditions (Competency SEE).
