• Thereafter, CTOs obtained on 21.07.2020 (valid upto 30.09.2024) for production of plywood & ply board@ 2000 sq. mtr/day ……………...
• License issued by DFO, Sri Muktsar Sahib on 12.01.2010 (valid upto 10 years) to install2 peelers, 03 vertical band saw and 02 no. presses………….
• Application applied for obtaining varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as the industry has increased its land area from 24 kanal to 99 kanal 10 marlas, for increase in the production capacity from 2000 to 6000 sq. mtr/day and addition of thermic fluid heater of capacity 35 kcal/hr……….
• The industry has submitted the certificate from DTP, Sri Muktsar Sahib vide his office letter no. 116 dated 27.02.2024, wherein it has been intimated that the land area of 99 kanal 10 marlas falls in the industrial zone of notified master plan of Sri Muktsar Sahib and such type of industry is permitted for establishment…………
• The visiting officer has reported that the site of the industry was visited on 14.05.2024 and found that the industry has installed the machinery as per the license issued by the DFO. Boiler of capacity 06 TPH installed with twin cyclone as APCD. Trima cyclone installed as APCD with newly installed thermic fluid heater of 35 Kcal/hr. Labour quarters provided outside the premises, septic tank provided for treatment of domestic effluent with disposal onto land for plantation in an area of 03 kanals. Not engaged in manufacturing of glue. No violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981…………….
• In view of above, if approved, varied CTO under the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028, subject to the following special conditions that:-………..
1. The industry will not engage in any activity regarding manufacturing of glue, without prior written permission of the Board…………...
2. The industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. production capacity/land area without prior written permission of the Board………………...
3. The industry will submit the valid license issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Bathinda, within one month to the Regional Office, Bathinda of the Board……………...
4. This consent to operate is issued from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required……………
5. The industry will get its air emission sample analyzed from the Board's lab/Approved lab of the Board as per the policy of the Board…………..
