The poultry farm was earlier issued SCN both at the level of Zonal Office and Regional Office for violation of provisions of Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981.
Vide application under consideration, the poultry farm has applied for obtaining CTO under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 and still the poultry farm failed to comply with environmental laws. As such the unit is a constant violator.
Accordingly submitted as proposed to refuse CTO under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 and issuing directions u/s 33-A of Water Act,1974 & 31-A of Air Act,1981, pl.
