As per the note of the EERO Patiala, the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
As such, in view of the recommendations of EERO Patiala, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 granted to the industry may be renewed upto 31.03.2029 with the conditions already imposed in the original consent letters.
