As discussed, it is submitted that as per Boards order no. 468 dated 31.08.2021, effluent standards were prescribed for the HCF connected with sewer without terminal STP or not connected with sewer and for the HCFs discharging wastewater into public sewers with terminal facilities as per schedule-II of BMW Rules, 2016 (copy of orders are attached). From this, it is clear that HCF can discharge its treated effluent after ETP-cum-STP into sewer line which is not connected with terminal STP. In view of the above CTO may be granted as recommended above, please. |
