Discussed with SEIAA letter on 20.05.2024
It is submitted that as per the show cause notice issued by the SEIAA vide letter no. 987 dated 5.3.2024 (copy enclosed), the project proponent has to comply with the certain observations/ conditions of the Environmental clearance but the project proponent has not submitted any document shows dropping of the said show cause notice by the Competent Authority in SEIAA.
In view of the above, show cause notice for refusal of the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the project proponent alongwith the opportunity of personal hearing before worthy CEE(P), please.
