It is submitted that matter has been discussed with DTP Muktsar and he informed that site falls in LPA and master plan of which is yet to br prepared. Site is suitable as located more than 2 km away from nearby muncipal limits
He has submitted that similar matter has been reported in M/s Kesri Nandan Agro industries vide their letter no. 310 dated 17.05.2024 same has been granted by this office.
As such site is suitable for establishment of rice sheller unit.
