As per the DTP report the front 500 ft. are in mix land and remaining area is under industrial zone, where all type of units are allowed. Since, the setup of all the machinery is beyond 500 ft., so site is suitable for running of such type of units. In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2024 ( upto adequacy of fee deposited) with special condition that the industry shall not install any machinery in non-confirming zone. |
