Discussed. The industry shall install melting furnace of capacity 400 kg with diesel as fuel and will manufacture Zinc Ingot @ 5 MTD.
May if approved, NOC under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 be granted to the industry for a period of one year i.e upto 06-05-2025 with suitable conditions and additional special conditions :
1. The industry shall obtain prior consents to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 alongwith passbook, before commissioning unit at site.
2. The industry shall comply with the conditions of Director of Factories letter no. 11593-615 dated 28/11/2005.
3. The industry shall use only diesel in its furnace and will not change the same without obtaining prior permission of the Board.
4. The industry shall comply with the guidelines/SOPs issued for such type of units.
