Sir, the industry has installed 09 soft flow machines of capacity (1000KgX1), (750KgX1), (600KgX4), (400KgX2) and (250KgX1) inside the premises. In addition to the dyeing machinery the industry has also installed printing and washing machines inside the premises.
The record from SCADA system of CETP was checked and as per record generation of effluent from the industry during the period of Jan, Feb, March and April 2024 is 531, 552, 495 & 485 respectively, which is well within the quantum of shares (650 + 200 = 850). Further the quantum of effluent from the proposed machinery i.e. continuous washing machine and printing machine is about 100- 120 KLD, hence the expansion can be allowed to the industry as per the shares available with the industry.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. NOC for expansion in the existing premises may be granted to M/s Sadan Hosiery Private Ltd. for the period of one year with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall not commission the proposed machinery without getting varied consent to operate from the Board.
