It is submitted that as per the letter issued by the DTP vide letter no. 651 dated 10/07/2019 (copy enclosed in documents) site of the unit does not fall in any MC limits. Further it is also informed in this letter that site of the school falls in the notified local planned area of Barnala. Further the master plan of Barnala yet not notified, hence yet zones are not defined.
In view of above it is recommended that Consent to operate under water act 1974 and Air act 1984 may be granted to the school with special conditions that it will be bound to comply with the provisions of master plan Barnala as and when notified by the competent authority. |
