The industry has got DEMAT all 347 shares and has submitted the document/statement regarding the DEMAT of the shares. (copy enclosed).
In view of the above, it is recommended varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for dyeing of polyester fabrics @ 12 T/day with generation & disposal of trade effluent @ 346.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into CETP 50 MLD upto 30.06.2029 with special condition that:- • The industry shall make the necessary arrangements to achieve the effluent standards as per the inlet designed parameters of the CETP. • The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing. • The industry shall maintain the record of flow meter installed at outlet leading to CETP. |
