The report of the Regional Office has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. Regional Office has not mentioned whether any increase in the generation of waste water with the proposed expansion or not viz a viz adequacy of the ETP installed by the industry. RO to clearly mention the increase in pollution load and proposed measures for enhancement in production capacity and technical report in this regard.
2. The compliance report of previous consents attached with the application is not proper… Only few conditions mentioned in the same.
3. No document from the Town Planning Department shows whether the site of the industry falls within LPA or outside attached.
As such, EE RO Patiala may be asked to clarify the above observations. |
