In reply to query of ZO , RO reported that the as per the DTP report front 500 ft. area is mix land area and remaining area is industrial area, so the site is suitable for such type of establishment, provided the industrial shall not install any machinery in non-confirming zone.
RO recommended that the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2024 i.e. upto adequacy of the fee deposited.
If approved, the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2024 as proposed by RO with special condition that the industry shall construct a boundary wall to separate the portion falling in mixed land use area and remaining area of the processing unit.
