Discussed with SEE Sir.
It is intimated that the industry was issued show cause notice earlier with hearing before CEE, Ludhiana and it was decided as under :- 1. The 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted with conditions to submit following documents:- i. The industry shall submit the detail of treatment to be provided for effluent to be generated from pickling section to be re-cycle into the process. ii. The APCD designed for scrubbing of emission from pickling section is not in order as such fresh feasibility report is required to be submitted.
2. Environmental Engineer, Regional Office shall verify submission made by industry, comment on the feasibility report of the industry and submit report regarding possibility of ZLD based plant.
It is requested to submit the point wise compliance of decisions of above said hearing, please.
