The marriage palace has obtained consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/FZL/2024/24858875 dated 28.03.2024 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/FZL/2024/24858926 dated 28.03.2024 with validity upto 30.09.2024, subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein.
The marriage palace has applied for obtaining varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as the fee paid by the marriage palace is not able to link with the auto-renewal application. Details of the case are as under:-
(1) The marriage palace has submitted certificate from CA showing the value of gross fixed assets of Rs. 55.80 lakhs. The industry has deposited Rs. 11,700/- vide UTR no. N071242927444539 dated 11.03.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 11,700/- vide UTR no. N071242927631342 dated 11.03.2024 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate 31.12.2027 under both Acts.
The representative of the marriage palace approached this office and informed that they have deposited consent to operate fee in Board’s account. However, the same is not linked with the auto-generation renewal application. As such, they have applied for varied consents so that same may be considered / linked in the applications and has requested to grant consent with validity upto adequacy of fee deposited.
The marriage palace has already been visited by this office on 19.03.2024 and was found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 of the marriage palace may be extended for a period upto 31.12.2027 (adequacy of consent to operate fee) under both Acts.
