The Report / recommendations by RO be perused. The industry falls in General Industrial Zone as per Master Plan of Jalandhar (2009-31). The industry will use paddy straw in the proposed boiler of capacity 8 TPH with twin cyclone followed by wet scrubber as APCD. The site is suitable for expansion.
May if approved, Consent to Establish (NOC) for Expansion under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
