The Report / recommendations by RO be perused. The HCF was granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide No. CTOW/Varied/ PBIP/SAS/202306703825 which was valid upto 31.03.2024 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTA/Varied/PBIP/SAS/2023/2306956852 valid upto 30.06.2026 for 100 beds.
Now, the HCF has applied renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 foe 100 beds for long term. The HCF has submitted letter from Corporation Engineer, Hoshiarpur bearing no. 4754 dated 10.11.2021 mentioning that the building plan passed under commercial / Hospital of six category and as per Master Plan the HCF on the road of commercial area. May if approved consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.06.2026 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the HCF has maintained the record of ETP-cum- STP regularly.
