It is submitted that the project namely “For Construction Of High Street Markets/ Multi Retail Outlets” By M/s Jsg Royal Infra Llp” located at located at Village Multanpur, Nh 7, Multanpur, Patiala was granted Consent to Establish (NOC) vide no. CTE/Fresh/PTA/2023/21440073 dated 25/05/2023, which was valid upto 14/03/2024 for Commercial project in total land area of 9.86 acres having max. built-up area as 19913.76 sqm consisting of components as 81 plots for shops & 2 Drive-Thru units, with suitable conditions mentioned for establishment of its commercial
Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining extension in the validity of NOC earlier granted by the Board under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 along with requisite documents.
The project proponent has deposited fee of the project i.e. Rs 18500/- vide UTR. No. N107242991528864 dated 16.04.2024 on account of NOC extension fee (50% of one year fees) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 against the investment of Rs. 2940.0 lacs, which is adequate upto 14.03.2025. The PP has submitted that as there was delay in obtaining some related approvals thus the construction got delayed. The same is expected to be completed in 6-8 months’ time thus we request you to grant us CTE extension for 1 year
Accordingly, the site of the industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 20.05.2024 and observed as under:
1. That the civil construction work is under progress.
2. The representative informed that 60% of civil work of project site has been completed and the work will be done/ completed within period of six to eight months.
3. The civil foundation work of construction of sewerage lines have started.
In view of above, if approved, recommendation may be sent to SEE, ZO-1, Patiala for extension of NOC under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 14.03.2025with the suitable conditions and special condition that in case any other units such as microbrewery / service station etc. other than food court / restaurant comes in the said project than those unit shall be liable to obtain separate NOC / CTO from the Board.
