Notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 issued to the industry vide this office letter no. 2477 dated 24.05.2024 (copy attached) with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer (B) of the Board on 28.05.2024.
The application is hereby forwarded to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the industry through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to Regional Office well before the date of hearing.
