Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE and further clarification regarding installation of STP @ 75 KLD. Treated water will be partially used for flushing purpose and about 30 KL will be disposed off onto land for plantation over an area of 2473 sqm.
It is therefore, recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the pp for one year subject to suitable terms and conditions and additional conditions mentioned in the note attached. |
