• In continuation to the note dated 30.04.2024 of the undersigned, it is submitted that the visting officer vide note dated 20.05.2024 has submitted the report regarding the site visit, wherein it has been submitted that the HMP was not in operation during visit, rotary type HMP installed with drum type water scrubber as APCD and adequate stack height, recirculation pump provided with the APCD of the HMP which was in line, centralized control panel/cabin capable of pre-setting controlling/synchronizing all operations installed. Sampling arrangements provided with the stack of the APCD. Movement area stabilized with provision for sprinkling of water over the movement area using hose pipe. Fresh plantation developed along the boundary wall. DG set of capacity 125 KVA installed with canopy and adequate stack height. No violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981………….
• In view of above, if approved, consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the HMP upto 31.03.2025, subject to the following special conditions that:-…………
a. The hot mix plant will comply with the code of practice as prescribed by the Board vide notification no. Admn./SA2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for such type of unit and its amendment, if any………..
b. The hot mix plant will get its air emission sample analyzed from the Board’s Lab/approved lab of the Board as per the policy of the Board………….
c. The industry shall inform the Regional Office, Bathinda of the Board at least 15 days prior regarding schedule of its operation to so as to enable the Board to monitor the industry as per its policy……………
