It is submitted that the institute had earlier obtained NOC expansion vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/17829693 dated 24.03.2022 which was valid upto 28.02.2023 for Students- 20848 (as per feasibility report). At present, there are 11000 students, which is still less than, the capacity for which it has obtained NOC expansion. Further, the institute has installed STP of capacity 1.5 MLD which is adequate to treated wastewater generated at present as well as at full capacity of the institute (20848) in future. Therefore, it is once again requested to return the application so that the institute can submit varied consent to operate application under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. |
