AEE has submitted report on the basis of undertaking submitted by the PP. This can be done by a non-technical person also.
Being AEE in charge he has to certify with calculation that area under plantation / gardens/ grounds is sufficient for the utilization of expected effluents.
It is not worth-mentioning to inform the AEE that treated effluent utilization for lawns and grounds will be much less than the effluent utilization for full grown trees under Karnal Technology.
RO/AEE after checking the documents shall certify that sufficient land is available with the PP for utilization of effluent with calculation separately for tree plantation, lawns, grounds, other utilization.
Case is already delayed due to incomplete reports of AEE/ RO and should have get these documents completed at scrutiny stage. Therefore, without sending case back to PP, AEE shall make efforts to get the case completed at own and re submit the case by 27. 5.2024, positively |
