Clarification Note: SIR, The proposed residential colony have 88 Nos residential plots and 10 Nos SCO’s . Green/Horticulture(within site) and Plantation area as per Karnal Technology will be developed in first phase along with the development of colony. First year plantation and green/Horticulture will be developed with fresh water .Averagely annually water requirement will be about 9000 KL OR 25KLD. Second year water requirement will be about 30-40 KLD. Third year water requirement will be about 40-50 KLD. In first 2 year 88 Nos houses will be constructed and will be inhabited in 3rd year. Out of 88 nos. houses not more than 20 to 25 occupants will construct two story houses. Average occupation taken for Two Story houses will be six persons. For Ground floor, average occupation taken will be 5 Persons. There is no Engineering college, Medical and Dental College, Near by HO of any Government Department, IELETS/IAS/PCS coaching institutes in the vicinity of Bagahpurana. Govt. Medical and Dental colleges are located in Faridkot city which increase demand of rental houses/PGs. Moga Distt. Starts with small scale industries like rice shellers and other agro industries after become Distt on 24.11.1995.Earlier it was a part of Faridkot Distt. Hence in view of above construction of 3 story houses will not possible even after a span of 10 or 15 year. Going by above facts proposed waste water generation will be tabulated as below. First Two Year NIL Third Year 25 Double story 150 x 135 =20 KLD 63 Double story 315 x 135 =46 KLD Commercial 4 KLD Total 70 KLD Hence if 40 KLD used in Green/Horticulture(within site) and plantation area ,30 KLD can easily recycle for flushing purpose(Proposed 100 KLD recycle for flushing /Kitchen Garden purposes in the Environment Feasibility Report).Moreover PP also applied for MC sewer connectivity with GLADA, Ludhiana under affordable Housing Policy-2023.Refer our letter received on 15.4.24 in the office of GLADA, Ludhiana in regard to connectivity of terminal STP of MC Baghapurana . Under the affordable Housing Policy-2023, PP will get the connectivity of terminal STP with near by MC if the said project is located within 3 KM from the near by MC. In case of Divya Enclave ,colony is located at a distance of about 200-300 M from MC limits Baghapurana and will get the connectivity within 6 or 12 months positively. All expenses will be born by GLADA,Ludhiana towards the connectivity of terminal STP of Divya Enclave with f MC Baghapurana Hope above submission will justify the disposal of treated domestic waste water.
