In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO SGR and opinion provided by SLO of the Board, may if approved
1. Directions issued to the BKO u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be dropped accordingly directions issued to the DFSC may also be dropped
2. RO may be allowed to grant varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 to BKO for manufacturing of Bricks / Tiles @ 30,000 Numbers/Day upto 30.06. 2026 with the condition that during this period the Brick kiln shall relocate to some other suitable place.
