May if approved, Regional Office be requested to clarify as under:
1. Type of plantation proposed by the project proponent and its adequacy.
2. Reason to shift the site of STP.
3. Feasibility to transfer the sewage 300 mtr away.
4. Validity of lease, what the project proponent proposes after the lease deed is over.
5. Whether, CLU obtained for the new site for installation of STP.
6. Whether, the STP is allow to be install at the proposed site as per the siting guidelines.
7. Whether, the project falls under the EIA notification as per the amendment issued from time to time.
