As per the note of EERO Rupnagar, the industry has complied with the decision no. 1 of the personal hearing given to it before the Chairman of the Board. As such, submitted as per the recommendations of the team visited the industry which are reproduced as under:-
1. The industry may be granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for short term i.e. upto 31/3/2025 with suitable conditions and special conditions to comply with all the observations as mentioned in the conclusion of the visiting team within one month.
2. As the industry has complied with the observations earlier pointed out by Regional Office, the Competent Authority may consider the request of the industry to waive off the bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 10 lakh earlier imposed on it.
