it is submitted that the industry has been raised clarification as under:
1. The industry has proposed RS 395 lakhs as project cost. However fixed assets of the industry is Rs 193 crores. The industry is required to submit clarification in the matter. 2. The industry has proposed to install 10 KLD treatment plant at the time of obtaining NOC. However, now the industry has attached completion certificate of 5 KL/batch. The industry is required to submit details regarding number of batch of wastewater will be gets treated in ETP.
The industry has not submitted any reply to clarification. if approved application of the industry may be returned please |
