Reply- Rest room has been not constructed. The industry has up-graded / added firefighting equipment’s to increase safety.
2. Submit compliance of Integrated Guidance framework for Chemical Safety in respect to Isolated storage and industries covered under Manufacture, storage and import of Hazardous Chemical Rules,1989 in compliance to Hon'ble NGT order dated 14.12.2021.

4. Is washing of vehicles being carried out in the premises. If so, treatment facility thereof.
Reply- Washing of vehicles is being carried out in the premises. Thus, no ETP is not required to install.
Therefore, the industry is found complying with the conditions of the previous CTE granted under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. In view of facts mentioned above, if approved, recommendations may be sent to SEE, ZO-II, Patiala for grant of varied consent by the Board upto 30.06.2029 for the upgradation of firefighting system with same conditions mention in the previous CTO.
