Sir, it is submitted that the site of the industry was visited by the undersigned on 23.05.2024 and it was observed that the industry is in the process of providing adequate pollution control measures as per the observations conveyed to the industry through visit made by this office on 07.02.2024. The representative of the industry informed that they will require traditional 15-20 days to complete all the pending work.
In view of above, the application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage and it is therefore recommended to please return the application to the industry with the request to re-submit the same after completion of pending work only. |
