| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry was earlier granted CTO of the Board for Steamed Rice / Raw Rice @ 240 MTD by using paddy @ 360 TPD. Now the industry has applied for production of RAW RICE / SORTED RICE WITH DRYER@ 240 TPD and STEAMED RICE @ 127 TPD by using paddy @ 527 TPD. As per which there is decrease in the capacity of steamed rice and increase in capacity of raw/steamed rice. The industry is required to justify whether the industry has removed some handies results to decrease in capacity of steamed rice. The industry is required to mention no. of milling sections available as the industry has applied for rawrice/sorted rice and steamed rice.
2. The industry is required to submit fixed assets certificate from CA at the end of last financial year 31.03.2024. The industry is also required to include value of land in the fixed assets certificate.
3. The industry has mentioned in feasibility report that approx. 3.5 T of fuel is required per hour in boilers and from that it is clear that the total fuel consumption in a day will be more than 12 Ton. As such, the industry is required to register in Red category applicable for the unit.
4. The plant & machinery of the industry is more than Rs 10 crores, as such the industry is required to register itself in large scale unit.
5. The Industry is required to provide the completion certificate of air pollution control device provided with 2 additional dryer and one with shelling section for increased capacity, the details of which are mentioned in feasibility report.
6. The industry is required to submit certificate regarding location of the industry outside the Municipal limit of Sri Muktsar Sahab.
