It is submitted that the industry was given personal hearing before the SEE wherein it was decided that :-
1. The industry shall get its trade effluent lifted to CETP operator, regularly. 2. The industry shall maintain the record of water consumption in the process and trade effluent got lifted to CETP operator. 3. The industry shall submit the authenticated proof from Competent Authority regarding exact date of commissioning of the unit, within 07 days. 4. The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office shall verify submission made by industry
In compliance to above, the industry was visited AEE/JEE of this office on 27.05.2024 and it was observed that :-
1. The industry is getting its trade effluent lifted to CETP operator, regularly. 2. The record of water consumption in the process and trade effluent got lifted to CETP operator was verified during the visit and found to be in order. 3. The industry has already submitted the electricity bill mentioning Feb, 2022 as proof of date of commissioning which is enclosed in the doucment section already and also mentioned in the agenda note. |
