It is submitted that :-
1. The case was discussed by your good-self alongwith me with Worthy Senior Environmental Engineer and Addl. Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-I, Ludhiana on 27.05.2024.
2. The industry has no Toilet block, hence there is no generation of domestic effluent.
It is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.06.2028 to the industry with usual conditions and with the special condition that industry shall not construct any toilet Block/Washroom in its premises and also shall not discharge any domestic effluent without the written permission of the Board.
