The industry has not verified its consent fee. Further, the value of the fixed assets of the industry has been increased from 2398.24 lakhs to 4412.95 lakhs. The NOC fee has been already deposited by the industry vide its previous NOC application. The industry is required to submit the detail of addition. Further, the industry has not submitted any analysis report its stack emission samples of its new boiler of capacity 15 TPH. Therefore, you are requested to give reply of the same within 02 days positively. |
