The GSPL India gasnet limited was granted NOC initially vide no. ZO/BTI/2014/NOC-121 dt. 24.02.2014 valid upto 23.02.2015, which was extended from time to time and lastly vide no. CTE/Ext/BTI/2018/6974687 dt. 12.02.2018 upto 22.02.2019. After five years M/s GSPL India gasnet limited was again granted fresh NOC vide no. CTE/Fresh/BTI/2019/9399170 dt. 04.04.2019, which was valid upto 03.04.2020 with certain conditions mentioned therein and extended upto 24.4 2024
Since 5 more years have completed as such the application under new category needs to be applied with 100% NOC fees. PP has already deposited 50 % fees with the returned application. kindly submit the balance fees to process the application along with the request letter for granting NOC/ CTE |
